Payouts

Payouts are not paid by Airbnb  for January and February 2026.

I did update my payout method five times already with no result.

You need to contact Airbnb support.

Check the status of the payouts on your Transaction History pages. 

 If your payout method is correct and verified (if applicable) , then ask Airbnb to release the payouts.

I'm sorry to hear your payouts are not coming through at the moment. Have you contacted the Support team yet, as Emiel suggested? If you have, could you tell us what they have advised?

Sure, I did contact the Help Center several times and I am in the process of discussing the situation now , already for more then a month.

Looks like it is a matter of human mistake .

My method of getting payouts is BANK ACCOUNT = SWIFT.

But Airbnb staff is trying to transfer my payouts by PAYONEER. This is a different payout method which I did not choose and I do not use.

Looks like a person / persons on Airbnb side do not realise the difference. To get payouts through PAYONEER it is necessary to be registered on PAYONEER and to have PAYONEER account. I am not registered on PAYONEER . 

I have a different payout method = BANK ACCOUNT. 

I am trying to explain it with no result so far. ..  Everything was working well till January 2026.

I do not know how to reach a proper person to explain how to make a transaction.

Although, I think , Airbnb staff should know that ... Sorry for such a long note but it is really strange and upsetting situation. Thank you.
