Pennsylvania tenancy rights?

Can anyone help with Pennsylvania tenancy rights? Number of days to restrict to to avoid tenancy issues?

@Karen-And-Vince0 just set at 2 weeks max and you avoid all of that. Airbnb may not pay you for a 30 day or more stay anyway. You only get the first 15 days if the guest complains -- the rest of the pay out may never come. So just set at 2 weeks/15 days and dodge several bullets.

@Karen-And-Vince0     I googled Lancaster county and came across a PDF that may help you.  It appears that the trnsition from short term [guests] to long term [tenants] would occur at 30 days.    There was a link to a fair housing document, but it was broken.
