Please Restore “All Reservations” and the Operational CSV Export as Hosts Need It for Cleaning, Linen & Turnover Planning

Hello. I’m adding my voice as a long-time host who is directly affected by this change. I’ve been a Superhost for 36 quarters, I’m part of Airbnb’s official Co-Host Network, and I manage multiple Guest Favorite listings, including listings ranked in the top 5% and top 1%.

The former All Reservations view and CSV export were essential operational tools for me. I used the forward-looking reservation data to plan cleaning schedules, turnovers, linens, staffing and supplies across multiple listings.

The Earnings report is not an equivalent replacement. It is designed around financial transactions, not property operations, and it does not provide the same clean reservation-level information or guest-count data needed for future planning.

Airbnb is the only booking platform I use, and I have consistently maintained very high occupancy through Airbnb. I hope Airbnb will listen to experienced, highly engaged hosts and restore this functionality or provide a true operational replacement with future reservations, arrival/departure dates, guest counts, listing information and confirmation numbers. I don't think we should have to use a channel manager to get this information in an easily accessible format.

Please give a thumbs up and/or add comments to support this endeavor, and if anyone has figured out a solution for this missing functionality, please share in the comments. Thank you!

The distinction between earnings and operational reservations is important here. Cleaning and turnover planning needs future arrival and departure dates, guest counts, listing details, and confirmation numbers in one place. An earnings report does not replace that workflow. For hosts managing multiple listings, having to manually piece together upcoming stays adds unnecessary work. A reservation export with those fields would also make it easier to handle linen and staffing schedules without relying on a separate channel manager.

@Oliver1037 Exactly. I think you’ve identified the practical distinction very clearly.

An earnings report answers a financial question, while a reservation export serves an operational purpose. Hosts need future reservation data to plan cleaning, turnovers, linens, staffing, and other day-to-day logistics — especially when managing multiple listings.

And I think your point about not requiring a separate channel manager is particularly important. Basic operational reservation data should remain accessible to hosts who manage directly through Airbnb as well.

A simple export containing upcoming arrival and departure dates, guest count, listing, and confirmation number would restore a very practical tool without confusing operational data with financial reporting.

@Oliver1037 Your point about channel managers also raises another important question: if basic operational reservation data is no longer easily accessible or exportable directly from Airbnb, does that leave hosts spending additional time compiling it manually or feeling the need to rely on third-party tools simply to organize their own reservation information?

That seems like an important practical consequence to consider.

Totally agree with you and appreciate you focusing on the different reports and workflows. When Airbnb says "just use the earnings report," they are missing a huge piece of the puzzle that we hosts need to efficiently manage our business. Airbnb used to add tools and information to make it easier for us, but lately, it seems like we've been losing some of the best ones we had. Hopefully they will hear us and make the appropriate changes, especially bringing back the useful operational reporting we used to have!

@Rob7820 Exactly. That distinction between financial reporting and operational reporting is really important.

An earnings report can tell us what we were paid, but it does not necessarily replace the reservation-level operational information hosts use to manage their business, review booking patterns, organize records, or analyze how reservations are actually coming in.

That is also why I think the loss of convenient export options matters. When information that was previously accessible directly from Airbnb becomes harder to retrieve, hosts may end up spending more time compiling it manually or turning to third-party tools simply to work with their own reservation data.

I hope Airbnb recognizes that these are not just “reports” — they are practical business-management tools that many hosts incorporated into their workflows.

@Rob7820  @Carolyn653  For the turnover side, a partial workaround until Airbnb brings it back: each listing's calendar export link (the iCal one used to sync with other sites) lists every upcoming stay with a link to the reservation, and cancelled stays drop off it. Put the links for all your listings into one sheet and you get a rolling arrivals and departures list without clicking through each booking. Guest counts are still the gap, those only show up in the reservation itself or the confirmation emails.

Rob, with 7 properties, how long does rebuilding the linen and cleaning list take you each week now?

@Corinne-and-Chris1  @Anthony2572  Two things that helped when I looked into this with another host (I'm a developer, not a host):

1) US dates in the upcoming earnings report: select the date column, then Data > Text to Columns > Date: MDY. Excel converts them in place instead of mixing up day and month.

2) Guest numbers for the tourist tax list: they aren't in any export now. Check whether your booking confirmation emails still show adults, children and infants. If they do, matching them to the earnings export by confirmation code rebuilds the list, and only bookings without an email need checking by hand.

Corinne, with 20 apartments, roughly how long does the tourist tax list take you each month now?

Hi @Rob7820 , fully agree, and I'm affected too.

I manage 4 listings from Argentina, and as of today the reservations list and the operational CSV export are gone, with no notice and no replacement. The Earnings downloads are no substitute.

Airbnb clearly has no idea how its hosts work or what we do every day, and yet it lives off our work.

It's a disgrace how it treats us. Please restore both.
