Pool Access

I have a brand new listing in a suburban area of Houston, TX (Humble/Atascocita area).  The pool area is very unique at my community and is a major marketing point.  The problem is that the HOA is requiring that guests be escorted to the pool by hosts and every owner registers with an ID, so it is not easy to just hand over your access card to a guest.  It is possible to have someone else registered in my absence to escort guests to the pool.  I have listed the pool as an amenity with an additional cost.  I am out of the country and have hired management company that says I need to make the arrangements and I can't start booking until I get this issue solved.  I've asked my cleaner, but they said they don't cover this service.

Any suggestions?

Unless you have an on-site co-host who's available at the drop of a hat, I'm not sure how you'll manage this, @Nicole2526. When on holiday I'll often take a swim in the morning and then another in the afternoon (after a nap). Are you saying I'd need to be accompanied on both occasions?
