Hello everyone,

Lower rates may attract more bookings, but they often lead to little or no profit for hosts.

Wouldn’t it be helpful if Airbnb added a feature in the settings where hosts can offer lower “booking-only” rates, with a clear note that any additional operational costs—such as electricity tokens, drinking water, WiFi, etc.—will be covered by the guest if they are used up?

Please share your thoughts on this.

@Zadok0 way too complicated I am afraid. This would be impractical to offer at scale and would be fraught with guest dissatisfaction.
