Price changes depending on guests

Is it better to show a rent of £60 for 2 guests, then add £20 for a third guest using the single bed or show a rent of £80 with a reduction of £20 if only double bed used?

This can turn into a right nightmare, @Carol6630, as you'll have the whole 'we're together but don't sleep together' stories (many of which will be true). Personally, I'd go for 'extras' to include additional guest(s). But that doesn't rid you of both beds being used for solo sleepers. It's a minefield!

@Carol6630 Some random thoughts

I would make the property a 1 bed 1/2 person property especially as I can't see any curtains in the sun room.

You seem to accepting night bookings. A lot of people feel this is too much work relative to reward.

You haven't set check in and check out times which is a recipe for disaster.
