Price for whole period?

Hello,

I wish to set a price for a whole period, is that possible?

For example, I am renting out my private space for one month. I am only interested in renting out to one guest, and  at a fixed price. If they want to stay the whole month for that price or they want to leave early, is fine with me. The place vil be a available for the whole month for one family only. Is that possible?

@Claus20   Yes, you can set a monthly discount if you wish.  If the reservation is for one month, then Airbnb’s long term stay policy will apply, so unless there are any issues that occur during their stay which you cannot resolve then you should be paid in full.  The following link explains it all

@Claus20 you could have a min and max term of say 30 days but you won't appear in the search where a guest is looking for 28 days or 31 days.

@Claus20 what you could do is set a nightly price equal to the monthly price you want. You then give a 50% discount for a 2 night stay, a 66% discount for a 3 night stay etc etc.

I think this would achieve what you want but it may look a bit weird!

Also you may need to switch on pro tools in your account to allow this
