I have three units in Aguadilla. One of my units is pretty big and very nice of getting a lot of good reviews and I put a lot of money into it. I’m located in Ramey base  area

things are going so well in this apartment people ask me if they can stay for a whole month. Can they stay for four months? Can they stay for six months they love it. They absolutely love it. How do I effectively raise my prices to recoup my investment without diverting my customer base. I know my unit is worth more than I’m charging. $72

Mid term renting is doble.  Over 6 months is heading into LTR.

It is a lot more than reviewing price your charging.

You have to review legalities in your area concerning residency, read Airbnb Help Articles about accepting longer stay and develop your business plan for your listing if your calendar is booked for 6 months then no traffic and the Airbnb search lowers your display page

All that might be okay and there are ways to limit impact on your listings.  That is why you start with your proposed bu8siness plan so you know additional proposed costs to decide if you can price effectively.
