My house 3 br advertised for $130/night someone booked 

3 x $130 = $390

nigjtly rate adjustment -$19.50

Host Service fee 15.5% - $92.16

co host - $41.74

i am left with $236.6 which work out to be $78 per night  is this correct?

$78 per night having to pay for all the electricity gas internet what am I left with?

@Phuong196 If the net payout per night is not sufficient for you then raise your prices. If the prices are then too high and you don't get bookings then shut down as it means that your business is not viable.

 

Running an Airbnb is just like any other business. If the economics don't work then get out and find a different business to invest your money in.

Know your costs. Know your market. Price for profit.

Take time to review your expenses regularly and adjust your pricing when necessary. Know your numbers first, then price your property based on what makes sense for your business
