Hello guys!

I am curious to know what applications \ tools you all use to manage you Airbnb\s. I am actually an IT guy "displaced" and started building applications. I figured I would use my own Airbnb as a case study and build my own software. Nothing revolutionary at this point but I believe it can be something that picks up traction once its officially released.

Why do you feel you need to build your own software when there are so many on the market already @Omar1539 

Start by doing some market research on existing providers and what they offer to see if you think there's a gap in the marketplace .

Its not a need, yet. However, I plan on extending my business to include property management of other properties including STR and LTR. My needs are custom and  and I am personally building it (fun!). I f I list all the features based on my direction, no one has exactly why I need. The question though was what do other folks use. I was really primarily interested in knowing what people were using out there, that is all, thanks.
