Property management beginner

Hi Friends! Starting my Property Management business for STR in USA (MO). as side hustle while I am in my senior year in college. Any advise should I know before get into it? How hard are the restrictions in this state. I did a research and asked some people, but I just wanna know what are the important things I should know about that. Thank you!!
