Purchasing a home for Airbnb. Is Brevard, NC a good place to purchase?

My husband and I are looking to purchase a second home in Brevard, NC.  We would like to use this home for hosting on Airbnb.  I would like someone in the area who could tell me what type of home would be best to rent.  How many weeks out of the year is their home booked for?   Guidance in this would be greatly appreciated.

To understand this you would need to carry out your own market research 

Start by checking with your local government there to see if there are any STR regulations then look at Airdna for information and market research reports from local tourism bodies.

Hey I’m Hailey Robinson the owner of Hailey’s Home Services! I’m a local house cleaner and STR property caretaker. Honestly I’m not really seeing a difference in renting according to home styles. Around here it’s really more about location thing and what’s around to offer guest to do. Like I work a lot in Connestee Falls and guest can enjoy the country club in there along with the golf courses ect so I see a lot of booking in there verses some of in the middle of town!!!
