Re-mortgaging - Agent Holiday Let Letter

Hi,

I am going to re-mortgage by AirBnB holiday let. I've been running it successfully through the AirBnB platform for several years. The mortgage company have asked to to provide an, 'Agent Holiday Let Letter' outlining the Low, Medium and High season rental figures. As I don't use a Letting Agent, I can't provide one. I do have the income reports from AirBnB which shows the rental figures, but they seem to want an official letter with the proper Letter Head from the Letting Agent.

@Steve4980 It seems strange that they want this rather than a record of the actual rental money received. I would switch mortgage companies if I were you.

OR, if in the UK,  get cottages.com around as they provide this sort of detail. That said don't switch to cottages.com as their figures are very optimistic
