Reduction in bookings March 2022

Hello,

We listed our property on Airbnb at the end of December and we have been fully booked up until the end of February. March has been particularly quiet with only a couple of bookings, and only the same for April at the moment. Given the amount of bookings to start with I figured our pricing must be about right and all our reviews have been positive. Only one guest knocked us down on location and value by one star. Has anyone else noticed a reduction in bookings recently and is there anything else I should be looking at?

@Gareth230 Have you checked if your price is competitive? It seems awfully high for a 1 bed place but I don't know the Kendall market well.

I'm seeing the same thing @Gareth230, but not only is it a mild rebound from the insanity that was the last two years, it's just one of the lulls you'll experience from time to time.  Don't lower your price to attract discount-seekers, though.  Stick to your plan and you'll be fine.
