Three months ago , I canceled one reservation after 20 minutes, and I am still waiting for refund. When I call, they promise to resolve it soon, but never happen .Now , I am trying to dispute it via my bank

If when you cancelled it showed you were eligible for a full refund, I would take them to small claims court @Ivan3091

@Helen3 Yes, I was eligible for full refund, because I canceled it after 15 minutes. I call my bank to dispute the payment and I am waiting now
