Repeat alert

Most of my bookings are 1-2 nights and we’re booked out all the time.  I would love some kind of alert that lets me know someone has stayed with us before.  I leave reviews for everyone but it’s very inefficient to have to go through all the reviews to figure it out.  This would allow me to be more personal in my interactions with them.

There is a search feature on the message system. It will show if there is previous communication with same guest.

It's lovely you are getting repeated guests, there are no better compliments!

What do you think of Emiel's suggestion, is it something you've tried before? I'm including the official Airbnb feedback form here, so you can share your suggestion directly with Airbnb should you want to put forward the idea of a notification for this kind of thing. 🙂
