Resolution Center

Good morning all, hope everyone is having a great week! It seems that as a host, the platform is always quick to believe anything the guest says when it’s usually not even accurate. On the flip side, I’ve found it quite difficult to reach a resolve when it’s me, the “super host” having an issue. I had a guest check out 10/22 and I reached out through the resolution center the next day on 10/23 and airbnb has been giving me the run around ever since. The guest I had smoked excessive amounts of marijuana in the home and left evidence everywhere including ashing carelessly through out the home. They also threw a party and were fighting (I had 2 different neighbors reach out to me saying they were partying and arguing inside and outside as last as 1am which is way past quiet hours). Also will mention, guest agreed to paying fines for smoking/partying beforehand. This guest also broke one of my doors. I submitted all this evidence to the platform but they keep asking me for the same things  I have submitted three times now and keep pushing it to someone else. The guest said she didn’t have enough money for my reimbursement request so she paid $50 and asked for a payment arrangement. That amount alone did not even cover the cost to replace the door. Here we are 3 weeks later and she still hasn’t paid anything else, and once again the guest gets away with “murder” and we have to push forward regardless. 🤔

Hi @Bre3059

So sorry to hear you've not felt supported. I see it's been awhile since you posted but I wanted to ask if you were able to get this resolved?
