Aloha everyone!

I have been listing my property for 7 months-doing very well (knock on wood) we are located in Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii.  I was wondering if you don't review a guest when they review you does their review still gets posted on your place if you don't review them?  Hope this makes sense.

TIA

Maria

Hi @Maria24451

Reviews work on a double-blind system, but only for a limited time.

After checkout, both you and the guest have 14 days to leave a review.

If you don’t leave a review, the guest’s review still goes public after 14 days. You won’t be able to see their review early unless you also submit yours. You lose the chance to leave feedback for other hosts about that guest

A review is always published, regardless of whether it was written only by the guest or only by the host.

In such case it is published after the review time limit has ended.

If both parties have written a review, they will be published immediately after the most recent review is received.
