Hello my name is Kabonde and i am quite a new host i started 4 months ago. I have been told by a number of my former customers that they are unable to post reviews, how do i resolve this?

Did you ask the guests for more details about the issue, for example was there an error-message ?

Hello @Kabonde0, as Emiel mentioned, it would be helpful to have a bit more information about the error your guests are seeing when trying to post the review.

 

Have you reached out to the Support team in the meantime? What did they advise?
