Sample Cohosting Contract

Hello-

Does anyone have a sample cohosting contract they are willing to share? I was told by airbnb support that the community had a lot of examples, but I can't seem to find any.

I am located in North Carolina, but would appreciate any cohost agreement/contract sample.

If you are running a cohosting business then I would suggest you draft up the terms you want for your business and take it to a local lawyer to look after and put it in terms that are legally binding.

thats what I did when I set up my cohosting business . 

this is a community for Airbnb related matters so you aren't likely to find sample cohosting contracts here .
