I’m Anthony, a Superhost and realtor in Houston. I ran a strong Airbnb near NRG for 2 years until new management(greystar) took over 2 months ago & told me to vacate denying all negotiation attempts.
-Now I want to scale - 2 to 4 units, either leased or owned but I keep hitting walls.
Complexes block STRs or limit the days you can rent + charging a % - condos have HOA rules, and FHA loans don’t allow it. I know a lot hosts go stealth and some complexes are lenient or don’t enforce which you have to know someone or get lucky - I want a legit setup I can build on without constant risk and violations.
