Hello Airbnb Community,
We're in the process of scaling our professional short-term rental brand and preparing to onboard 50+ listings over the next few weeks, including chalets, cottages, and vacation homes across Canada with a projection of reaching 100+ listings by year’s end and significantly more in 2026.
To streamline this growth, we are integrating our listings via a channel manager, and we're exploring tools such as Rentals United, NextPax,etc
We are reaching out to this community to learn from experienced hosts and managers who have gone through a similar scaling process. Specifically, we would appreciate:
✅Best practices for integrating with Airbnb through a channel manager (setup, sync frequency, listing quality standards)
✅Real-world feedback from hosts using Rentals United, NextPax, or Hostaway (ease of use, customer support, reliability)
✅Clarity on whether Airbnb offers dedicated account support (e.g., a Partner Account Manager) for large-scale operators
✅Tips for maximizing performance across multiple listings when using third-party integrations (Superhost status, visibility, response time management)
✅Awareness of any technical pitfalls, common challenges, or syncing limitations that could impact listing accuracy or booking flow
If any members have successfully scaled using these tools or have insights into how Airbnb supports high-volume professional hosts, we’d love to hear from you.
Thank you in advance for sharing your knowledge. Your guidance will be a valuable part of our next phase.
Warm regards,
Yanis
