Dear AirBnB community. I have been hosting two properties on Airbnb for over five years. At the beginning of 2025, Airbnb requested additional documentation regarding my sole proprietorship, beneficial ownership, and other details. I promptly uploaded all the requested documents; however, Airbnb has withheld my payout for approximately one month.
Despite opening multiple support cases, Airbnb has closed them without resolving the issue. Additionally, after calling customer support, I was informed that they could not provide a specific reason for the withheld payment. The only response I received was that "the case has been escalated to the specialist team," a team that Airbnb’s support personnel cannot directly contact or obtain further information from.
If anyone has encountered a similar situation, I would appreciate any insights or recommendations on resolving this and successfully receiving payment from Airbnb.
