Seeking feedback on using automation and chatbots for your property management

Aloha from Hawaii!

 

I have been using Ai & Chatbots in the last couple years to manage my multiple vacation properties in Kona, Hawaii and would like to know what others have to say about this new tech and their experiences with it.
