Send my owners the breakdown each month of payouts

Ive been having trouble sending a detailed break down to the owners.   I like to see how much I made also for Cleanings. I know where to go to see the breakdown but cleanings for co-host payouts are not separate.       What do you guys do when sending a break down at the end of the month for the monthly income and expenses?

For the monthly income and expense breakdown, we usually use Excel to calculate the total payout from bookings, then break down the income into categories like cleaning fees, booking fees, and any other relevant charges. Our VAs are trained in creating payout sheets, so they can generate these reports for you easily, ensuring that all the income and expenses are separated, including cleaning fees.

If you want a clearer separation for co-host payouts, we can modify the structure to show cleanings as a separate line item in the report, so you can track both the income from bookings and the cleaning fees distinctly

This is our company account.

Our VAs work with their clients from there own accounts that's why on this account we don't have any listing

I don't @Crystal148  the listing goes into the owners name and you and cleaners are added as cohost @Crystal148 

That's the right thing to do for your clients .

Ok so you don't send the owners break downs?  And how do you calculate how much you made without being able to see the cleaning fees?

Obviously I don't need to as the owner has access to full financial information on the listing and I can see how much money I make as a cohost and how much the cleaner  is making @Crystal148 

as an Airbnb ambassador I'm rather surprised you don't know this ?

Im Also a CO- Host and I try to help out the owner as much as possible,  by sending them a detailed break down on there income for the month seems like something they would appreciate.  Also I keep track of how much they are making to make sure they are getting the maximum return.   I was just seeing if other hosts do this.   Almost all of the owners ask me to do this for them
