Send or request money via resolution centre

Airbnb won’t let me complete my payment once I fill in the details to “send money” for extra services to the host via resolution centre. When I click on the “confirm and pay” button, an odd message pops up saying - “Only use this form if you're unable to complete this security check using another option  - it can take several days to get back into your account if you need our help.”

I’ve tried to submit the form as well but nothing happens beyond that. I don’t understand why they won’t let me accept or send money requests. Anybody out there who has faced a similar problem? Is there a fix?

Hi @Tanya605 , I'm sorry to hear about this! Did you manage to complete the form in the meantime or have you been in touch with CS yet?

If you're on your PC or laptop, it could help if you delete your cookies and browser history. If you're using the app you could try deleting and reinstalling the app.
