To clarify the increase in Host Service Charges in the UK;

Host Service Charges will “automatically” adjust to 15.5% on June 26th. You can switch to 15.5% earlier than this through the “Simplify Pricing” toggle in your calendar, otherwise you will stay on 3%. 

When you switch to Simplify Pricing, Airbnb will automatically increase the pricing on your calendar by 12.5% so that you keep your profit margins the same.
