Service Fee Question

So, I have been here for a few years and the new fee has sent me into a crazy spiral. I am thinking about charging the guests the 15.5% or at least half of that fee. Has anyone else done this? I feel like I am in an area where are nightly rates change so much but eating that see for all bookings is crazy. Any options would be great!

Did you switch or have you been switched from "Split fee"to "Host only fee" ?

I use Owner Rez so I had to switch to "host fee only"

If I leave my management software behind and only use Airbnb, can I pick the split fee again? I was wondering if down the line everyone will need to pay this.
