Service fee charge dates - why on earth is executable date when stay is BOOKED

Have to put it in books for VAT purposes. One and each reservation separately at the time of booking!

When stay is cancelled, have to update the record.

More time, acountant costs, potential problem with tax office.

Not to mention why it cannot be summed up (one service fee) in one monthly invoice.

It would save me hours and stress if I'd have one invoice from Airbnb for it's fee, once a month and only for actually COMPLETED and payed reservations.

Uber can do it, why not Airbnb.

(Jean-Luc-Picard-facepalm)

Cheers

Sam

@Sam4030

You can download (even filtered) CSV files from Transaction History pages.

Then load them into a spreadsheet.

You can also download VAT invoices in one batch.

Hope this helps,

Emiel

Hi Emiel!

Wow. can you help me?

Where can I download VAT invoices in one batch?

(Anyway it makes no sense to me to put service fee in books way in advance of the booking itself, creates so much hassle when booking is cancelled..

Wouldn't it be easier to issue one service fee invoice for all completed bookings at the end of each month? )

Thanks

Sam
