Service fee for software

Hey everyone, I started to use a software that can help me on air BnB, but after that the service fee grew from 3% to 15%.

can someone understand why they can do it ?

@Benjmin0 are you talking about the Airbnb service fee? If so then it is. clear in the Ts&Cs that software connected hosts have to use simplified pricing where the guest fee drops from 14.2%+VAT to zero and the host fee rises from 3%+VAT to 15% +VAT. All you have to do is put up your rates slightly and both you and the guests will be in the same position as they were before the change (at least within 1 % depending on the rate of VAT.
