Set competitive prices?

Just had a new 'opportunity' turn up.

Set competitive prices -Your average price is 7% higher on Airbnb compared to Booking.com

On average, your nightly prices are 28% higher on Airbnb. So the suggestion is for me to use a slider to drop my prices by 28%!

The problem is that I use a channel manager and my prices as pretty much identical for the two channels (£1 difference over a 7 night stay) so something is going a little screwy with the comparison.

Something else for Airbnb to correct and Hosts to be aware of.

@James2743 I tend to ignore any analytics that airbnb provide as they are often demonstrably wrong. Interestingly whatever data is supplied the suggestion is to reduce the price of the listing - something else I ignore.

@Mike-And-Jane0I'm definitely going to ignore it. I thought it might be of use to others to check before blindly accepting the information.

Airbnb are certain dropping the ball this last couple of weeks.
