Setting Prices
Hi
I have a lot of one night stays and last year I could be doing changeovers 10 nights on the trot. Can I set the price higher for 1 night stays and go back to normal pricing for 2 or more nights.
Thanks
Jane @Jane635

Hi @Jane635,
You may try to set a high rate and offers a % discount on the length on stay pricing in the booking setting page.
Booking setting > pricing > length of stay pricing > double check the setting > click safe
Happy Hostings !

Hi Dale and Dan,
I have just been to pricing and my screen is different from yours I don't have the option for Length of stay pricing only weekly, monthly etc discounts. I can't manually put in the 2nights etc. I see you are in Paris so maybe Airbnb operate differently in different countries ;-(

Hi @Jane635
I stopped doing one night stays because of the work involved and now have a minimum of a two night stay which doesn't seem to have affected the overall nights I get booked.
Obviously it would depend on your market but something to consider.
