Hi, I’m wondering how I can share the calendar so my partner can see the bookings too? Many thanks

Depends on whether your partner just needs visibility or actual control.

Option 1: Share the Airbnb calendar link (view-only)

1. Go to Airbnb → Listings
2. Select your listing
3. Click Availability
4. Open Calendar
5. Look for Availability settings or Sync calendars
6. Copy the calendar link (iCal)
7. Send that link to your partner. 
   

They can paste it into Google Calendar / Apple Calendar / Outlook and see all bookings (no guest details, just blocked dates).

Option 2: Add your partner as a Co-Host 

1. Go to Listings
2. Select the listing
3. Click Co-hosts
4. Choose Invite a co-host
5. Enter your partner’s email

You can set permissions And they will be able to see the calendar in real time.
