Is anyone familiar with the Chatham County GA short-term license rental rules? 

Is a license required for a second home that is rented part time?

@Vernon60 In AZ the laws are state and city, but not county. Please check with the local city.

Thank you Dawn. I reached out to the Chatham county office and got all the details for obtaining a short term rental license. It was a straight forward process.
