Hello. Planning to stay in the property and just rent out my spare room. Website says £120 per occupant , does that mean I need £120 every time a new person arrives, or just £120 for the year.

Hello Kevin so the letting fee is not for per guest or per stay it’s a license that is valid for 1 year for home sharing. I hope this helps

check to see what day rate other hosts in your part of Edinburgh offering a room in a house are charging
also check the STR regulations with Edinburgh Council
