Short term Letting Edinburgh fee

Hello.  Planning to stay in the property and just rent out my spare room.  Website says £120 per occupant ,  does that mean I need £120 every time a new person arrives,  or just £120 for the year.

thanks

Kevin

Hello Kevin so the letting fee is not for per guest or per stay it’s a license that is valid for 1 year for home sharing. I hope this helps

@Kevin3617 £120 a night for a room in a shared home sounds expensive.

check to see what day rate other hosts in your part of Edinburgh offering a room in a house are charging

also check the STR regulations with Edinburgh Council
