I don't own an Airbnb property in the Desert Hot Springs spa district but am trying to figure out exactly what you're asking for. 

Are you searching for a place to stay in that area? Or are you searching for the short term regulations/laws in that area?

Either way, I highly recommend using Goog le and entering a few words such as "Desert Hot Springs CA Airbnb..." or Desert Hot Springs CA short term regulations..."
