Hello, I would like to know how are you start up in Albuquerque? Do you have to own the property or can you rent property out and then Airbnb it? I have one out at Navajo dam beautiful place near the lake, but I’d like to try went out in the city of Albuquerque.

@Raquel885 You can rent a property and then Airbnb it but it is high risk for both the host and the owner. As such you might struggle to find an owner willing to take the risk. If you can then make sure your lease specifically allows short term rental and defines who is responsible for insuring what elements of the property and contents.

Why don't you focus on learning how to run the new STR business you have just listed @Raquel885  then you can look at how you expand.
