Stationary RV rental on a property with another listing

Hello, I am semi-new to Airbnb. I rent out my PR when we are out of town. So far it’s gone great and provides great income to help fund our travels!

I am interested in a plot of land that I believe is conducive to obtaining a STR permit. The plan is to build an Aframe cabin STR on half and put an Airstream I own on the other half. Both listings will have their own space and small yard. 
Aside from the legality (which I will figure out with the township) how would I list 2 rentals under the same STR permit? Or would I need a separate permit for each listing?

I am not sure how AirBnb handles this and I haven’t found an article with the exact same situation.

It's not Airbnb that handles STR permits it is the local area government. You would need to speak to them about how many permits you need and what restrictions their might be around STRs in terms of letting. @Andrew2446
