I have a similar experience to you.
When that is a partial refund to the guest, the particular balance of the payment of that date will be a pause, it seems like an Airbnb technical issue or something else.
I usually reported to Airbnb by Airbnb Support Help Center, “ Live Chat " with the team( not with an Airbnb bot ), that is always someone here to answer you within a few minutes, report the late payment issues to the case manager.
As a matter of fact, the payment will release in 24hours and will appear in the upcoming payout.
I hope you can resolve the late payment issues.
