Stuck in Airbnb Video Verification Loop – No Street Sign in Rural Texas

Hi everyone,

We’re trying to help a new property owner get their listing approved, but we’ve hit a wall. The property is in a rural area in Texas, and after many back-and-forths with Airbnb Support, we seem to be stuck in an endless loop.

Videos 1 and 3 have been verified, but since there’s no street sign (they literally don’t exist in this area), we can’t get the second video approved.

Here’s the latest response from Support:

"We have already provided all the alternative options available for you to attempt the street address verification through the video submission process. I understand that the system continues to reject your attempts, and I truly wish I had a different answer for you. However, if these alternative video options are still not being accepted by the system, it means there is unfortunately nothing further we can do on our end, as we do not have the ability to override our automated system for this verification."

Has anyone else run into this issue before — especially in rural areas with no street signage?

Any tips on how to escalate this or get a manual review would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
