Subject: Request to Split Payouts and Tax Reporting Between Two Properties

Dear Airbnb Support,

My wife and I co-host two properties on Airbnb: our apartment and a summerhouse. We would like to separate the income and tax reporting for each property in the following way:

• Apartment: All rental income and tax reporting should be connected to my wife’s account.
• Summerhouse: All rental income and tax reporting should be connected to my account.

Is it possible to link each property to a different payout method and tax profile, so the income and reporting are handled separately?

We currently have Superhost status, which we value highly. We would be very sad to have to open a new account and start over from scratch, losing our history and rating. If there’s any way to manage this within our existing setup or team hosting structure, we would greatly appreciate your guidance.
