I am looking to sublease a property in Los Angeles as an Airbnb. I am aware of the rule of residing in the property for 6 months prior to hosting guest. Are there any alternatives to the host residing in the property for 6 months to host guests?
@Marquise2 Most leases contain a no subletting clause. You can't just list a place you have rented as a tenant unless you have express permission to do so by the landlord, and it will normally lead to your eviction.
