Subletting

Hi everyone, im in the uk and I’m looking to rent out a property and then list it again on Airbnb, has anyone done this? And does anyone have any info on it? Thanks

Your landlord might object strenuously.

Most lease contracts expressly forbid subleasing without permission.

 You can ask permission and if the landlord will allow it I don’t see any reason why you couldn’t list it on Airbnb.

Hello, 

I have properties near Sam Rayburn Lake (Brookeland, TX), and I have been considering subletting.

I would appreciate it if anyone has any suggestions or ideas to share. I have been hosting for four years and doing great with this vacation rental business, but I live in another state, which is why I thought about subletting.
