Appreciate your perspective, but I don't agree the primary host (not the owner) should have Superhost status for the reasons I mentioned. While some Co Hosts/Managers do a great job, others do not and the agreement must be terminated. The Owner can compensate the manager (if they do a good job of course) with percentage of bookings and bonuses. Many managing Hosts have their own properties and don't share their Superhost status (if they have that) with the owner. The primary host's Superhost status shows while they are managing the listing, but if they are deleted as primary Host, that status goes with them - it doesn't go to the owner.
You said the property gets Superhost status? It doesn't. The property/listing can get Guest favorite - the owner gets Superhost status on their profile and that reflects on all properties the owner has listed.
