I am a SuperHost for 29 consecutive quarters.. with 6 properties...
Nevertheless... my early reward is still the same old USD 100 voucher per year..

The same reward as a newly crowned, 1 property manager, Superhost.. 

I truly believe that long term commitment and transaction volume, should be rewarded accordingly...
