Hello everyone!! I have a question , what happens regarding Superhosts during the next evaluation in January since we are open only during summer months and in winter we get not bookings?
Thank you

Don't worry @Kelly-And-Stelios0
Superhost looks at a rolling 4-quarter period. So on 1 January, it looks back the full 12 months to the previous January - seasonal listings are not at a disadvantage, because the criteria is always calculated for a full year (spanning all seasons).

Superhost evaluations happen every quarter (January, April, July, and October), but Airbnb looks at your hosting performance over the past 12 months, not just the recent quarter.
So, even if you’re closed during winter and don’t get any bookings from, say, November to March, your previous summer activity still counts toward the January review as long as it falls within that 12-month window.
But keep your response rate up (reply to any messages quickly) and maintain your calendar accurately that helps you stay in good standing even during your off-season.
Hi @Kelly-And-Stelios0 😊,
