Suspended account no explanation 9 days later

I had a guest who was using a fraudulent account, I informed Airbnb support team as soon as I could as this guest brought her pet cat. She had previously left a big mess at my co-host units apartment so I was warned. I provided airbnb all the evidence available to prove these guests were using a fake account and they still didn't cancel their reservation. Not only did they not help when i called multiple times, when the guests decided not to leave, they created a false story and for whatever reason, airbnb suspended my listing and did not provide a reason why. I received my extra cleaning fee (meaning they closed the case) and my account is still suspended with no reasoning as to what happened when I have hosted many people and have 4.5 stars. I have never felt like Airbnb was unsupportive/ against me until now. This is not a professional way to do business and its really not safe how these people are able to scam the system and still use accounts when they are not who they say they are. I need some self help ASAP!!! Its been almost two weeks and no one seems to help

It must have been a really stressful situation to have the listings paused. I was looking at your profile and noticed that one of your listing is active. Did you have more listings that are affected?
