Sykes Cottages

Hi, I currently let with Airbnb and Booking.com and have been letting since June 2024. Bookings have been quite good but most stays are for 1 night, some for 2 nights and very occasionally for 7 nights. I am deciding whether to go with Sykes Cottages who advertise globally on 500+ sites so will extend my reach. The minimum booking would be 3 nights at 70% of the weekly rent. The downside is their prices are a lot lower than what I’m currently getting so potentially I have more bookings but reduced income per night. The commission is also higher. Does anyone have any experience of Sykes and would they recommend them? Thanks, Steve
