The words "sublet" and "sublease" and "lease"

Hello, I haven't listed as a HOST in ~9 years.

Does the somewhat-current Airbnb agreement between Airbnb and property's host use any of the terms:  "Sublet" or "Sublease" or "Lease"?

Here are some general examples:

"This is a 'SUBLEASE' agreement between the property owner and Airbnb" or

"When a visitor stays at your place through Airbnb, they are 'SUBLETTING'" or

"Airbnb is a company that provides a 'LEASING' service for home owners."

@Kevin2265  The Terms of Service are available for anyone to read. That TOS is the only legal agreement between hosts and Airbnb.
